-line ur eyes with white or light gold eyeliner to make ur eyes look brighter
-after u put on lipgloss or lipstick dab some very shimmery lip gloss in the center of ur bottom lip cus it will make them look fuller
- use a moisture hair mask once a week to keep ur hair hydrated
-use bronzer to warm up ur face
- whiten ur teeth with crest strips or something like that for a prettier smile:)
-put on anti frizz cream while ur hair is still soaking wet so it can absorb before ur hair starts to dry
- put a very little bit of vasaline on ur eyelashes before u go to bed cus it can make them grow thicker and longer
- before u get out of the shower rinse ur hair with very cold water to make it shinier
- put lemon juice in hair then sit in the sun for an hour then rinse it out. do that a few times and hair will get lighter and more highlighted
- braid ur hair when it is wet for wavy hair
- get great inexpensive clothes and jewelrey and forever 21

HAIR: Shampoo your hair every 2 days (every other day) because shampooing your hair everyday can cause itchiness, dandruff and strip away more hair. Have your hair trimmed about half an inch (or more) every 2 months for split ends.
MAKEUP!
~Eyes: For mascara, apply 2 coats for the upper lash and 1 for the lower lash.
~Lips: Apply lip balm before you apply lip gloss or lipstick for smoother looking lips.
~Brows: Brush your eyebrows with an eye brush before you apply brow liner.
CLOTHES!
~A red top and dark jeans always look nice if you know how to top it off.
~1 inch heels look nice in short-short, just make sure the shorts aren't too short!
hair: you could get highlights
get your hair to curl around your face
get a hair trim often
make up: try using eye liner around the bottom of your eye, black glittery eye liner is good for going out
put lipgloss on top of your lipstick
clothes stores: abercrombie, abercrombie and fitch, american eagle, hollister and co, lacoste, armini exchange, deliahs, pink by victoria艣 secret, (some stores may be expensive)

Well for your hair I would get it layered and get a side fringe or what I call a solid fringe, (you know the one that is just straight across) depending on your face shape, and to make your eyelashes look longer use one of the special mascara's, i recommend Lorel Telescopic (sorry if I spelt it wrong) and then use an eyelash curler. Oh and depending on your skin tone a nice blusher. I am quiet pale so I use a nice suttle pink but when I get a bit of a tan I use a bronzer on my cheek bones, hope I helped x

your gorgeous ! i would buy a new outfit that makes you feel really confident.go for something bright and fun to show your boyfriend that your happy and up beat and excited to be with him.base your makeup decison by the choice of clothes just dont overdo it . mac has amazing makeup and makeup artist they give the best tips of makeup w/ clothes choices i ever heard. before my sisters wedding the bridemades got their dresses and they were a bright yellow,we all went to mac and got yellow accents for are eyeshadow it looked amazing . for your hair play it up,not seeing a guy for a month and showing up totally changed will liven up your time together.i hope this helps and you 2 have an amazing time[=good luckI'm going to see my boyfriend (thati havent seen in a month) got any hair/fashion/makeup tips?? We have our Sadie Hawkins dance tomorrow night. I am wearing a black tshirt with a pink cardigan, flare jeans, a silver belt, and silver flats. For makeup, you should do a really hot smoky eye look. Here's how to:
1. Put on dark silver eyeshadow, on your lid.
2. Line your bottom lash line with a black eye liner pencil, extending a little bit out the corner.
3. Line your top lashes with the same black eye liner, but connect the top line to the bottom line at the outer corner.
4. Use a white eye liner pencil on the inner corner of your eyes to make you look more awake and bright eyed.
5. Get a black liquid liner pencil and trace the black eye liner on both the top and bottom.
6. Once this is dry, use a silver sparkly liquid eye liner to line your top lashes.
This is a perfect smoky eye look! (I wore it the other day on my birthday :-) )
Pinch your cheeks, so they will have a natural rosiness and you won't have to deal with blush. Since your eye make up is strong, use a bubble gum pink lip gloss. You are going to look amazing! Have fun at your dance!
If your going for a punk rock kind of look I would definitely wear with a poof in it... like at the top of your head, tease it and fix it up with lots of hair spray! But if you going for a more modern look I would wear it down with waves... Ok, well, I am going to a pretty speacil event and I want to look really good for this event. I am 13 1/2, [[14 in a few weeks]] and have no idea what kind of outfit/makeup/hair I should do for this event. [[Party]] {not mine}
I am tall [[5'4]] for my age, pretty slender but not anerexic. I am slighlty tanned, and have an oval shaped face. My hair is short [[but in different links]] kind of like a cute shag style and light brown. I have side bangs. My eyes are hazel, but they change blue-green-brown depending on what I wear. Green stands out the most though.

Have a few accessories, maybe in an opposite color like orange. Wear your hair down and wear a little bit of make up--nothing too drastic. Being so young, you really don't want to go overboard with your make up. (Less is more!) Just wear the basics--foundation, mascara, lip gloss, and eyeshadow. And I'd stick with either matte, neutral colors (browns) or something suttle and shimmery (gold or silver). Just have 2 colors of eyeshadow--a light, highlighting color, and a darker color for the crease. Sweep some of the lighter color across your lid, being sure to get the corners of your lids. Then, using either a good brush or a Q-tip, apply the darker color in the crease. Put on some mascara and there you go!!! It's dramatic and flattering without being too much.
