Makeup Tips? Outfit tips? Hair tips?
Ok, well, I am going to a pretty speacil event and I want to look really good for this event. I am 13 1/2, [[14 in a few weeks]] and have no idea what kind of outfit/makeup/hair I should do for this event. [[Party]] {not mine}
I am tall [[5'4]] for my age, pretty slender but not anerexic. I am slighlty tanned, and have an oval shaped face. My hair is short [[but in different links]] kind of like a cute shag style and light brown. I have side bangs. My eyes are hazel, but they change blue-green-brown depending on what I wear. Green stands out the most though.

you should google Dinair Airbrush Makeup...its amazing! It covers everything and makes my skin look flawless...its all water based so it snot bad for my skin... use a shade called alabaster and its great cause its light enough for my pale skin.
as for ur eyes, use a cranberry color eyeshadow on the inner part of ur eyelid and then blend it into whatever other color eyeshadow ur wearing and it will really make ur eyes pop....=)

To make your lips appear bigger, try getting bright lipsticks that draw attention toward them. Bright reds usually do the trick.

i have the same problem. My hair super thick and super straight. It takes me literaly 3 hours to curl my hair. SOoo instead of burning my hair, i do this old trick my mom taught me when she was poor and wanted to look good. It actually works better than the curling iron, the curls last all day. Anyways all you need is large t-shirt, and a paper bag. Rip the shirt into hot dog size pieces and do the same with the paper bag, your gonna wrap the paper strips around the pieces of shirt so that the ends are sticking out. Your gonna roll your hair onto it like you do rollers, then tie the ends tightly when you wrap your hair all the way to the top . Theyre like cheap rollers that work effectively. lol. Well make as many of those as your hair needs, add some mousse to make it shiny, and leave it overnight. MAN! your hair is gonna be curly until the party. I promise. I hope you understood the directions, and i hope it helps you. This has kept my hair healthy and pretty, rather than burnt and stale. In regards to the make up, i think red glitter and red lipstick would look great. Some pink blush would be cute.

To calm swollen eyes, dip a spoon in cold water, and run it
over your closed lids
Put a dab of visine on zits, it takes the redness out like it does
for your eyes
Run your razor under really HOT water before so it gives you
a super-close shave and smoother legs/armpits
Apply eyeliner on the outer half of your bottom eyelids to
make them look bigger
For strong, shiny hair, mix 2 eggs with 1/4 cup of vegetable
oil, coat your hair, and leave it on overnight.
Dab foundation around your mouth before applying lipstick
Coat hands with Aquaphor, and wrap them in plastic bags for
an hour to soften dry hands
Spray hairspray onto and old toothbrush and use it to brush
your eyebrows. They'll stay nice and shaped all day.
Dab the lipstick you use on your lips onto the apples of your
cheeks, it matches and looks natural
use plain whole-milk yogurt on your face to calm redness from
the wind, sun, or harsh products
put shampoo on dry hair, then wash it out to get silky, shiny strands
for extra-soft skin, rub honey on your face, leave it on for 15
minutes and rinse
At night, dab toothpaste on zits. They will dry out by the

GET FIT: to get your legs in shape ride your bike for 1-2 hours every day, do sit ups, squats, and swim alot and then you'll be fit for fall sports.
MAKEUP :wear a clear lipgloss on your lips, kohl eyeliner or liquid d eyeliner on the bottom, and a shimmery eyeshadow that makes your eyes pop if you have brown eyes then purples, violets, pinks,browns, if you have blue eyes then golds, pinks, blues, browns. if you have tanned skin or want tanned skin then wear a bronzer, if you have very pale skin then wear a little bit of blush. wear some brown/light black mascara on your top and bottom lashes for that casual look.
(dont over-do it though!)
HAIR: after you get out of the shower put tresseme antifrizz (or anykind of antifrizz) in your hair then either blow dry or let it air dry. if you straighten/ curl your hair then use a ceramic iron and use heat protecting serum. if you like to scrunch your hair then when your hair is damp put mousse in it and scrunch it, and set it all woth a little hair spray.

First, find a foundation that matches your skin tone. Find three foundations that look like they match your skin spot on. Make a thin stripe of all three colors right next to each other on your jawbone. The one that looks as if it has disappeared into your skin is your perfect (closest) match.
Green-eyed girls are lucky because they can wear any shade of eyeshadow they please. Try to find at least a three-pan, but I prefer five-pans because you have a much livelier variety of looks you can accomplish.
Take the lightest shade and sweep it over your entire eyelid, up to the brow line, and out to the outer corner of your eye. Take your middle shade and, starting from the middle of your eye, sweep this shade slightly up over the crease and out to the outer corner of your eye.
Next take your darkest shade. Starting at the halfway point between the middle shade and the outer corner of your eye, apply your darkest shadow here, again slightly over the crease of your eye. Tap off the excess shadow from your brush and blend the three colors together -- not up to your brow line, just at the crease, back and forth from corner to corner. You'll be amazed how awesome this looks.
Go with a brown mascara for daytime as black may be too harsh for your fair features to handle. Black is okay for nighttime when a bolder look is necessary.

Your eyes and hair naturally complement each other, but if you want to make things pop...try a shimmery purple eye shadow with gold undertones...check out mac.

My friend has a look thats similar to that...she has naturally red hair and fair and freckled skin, so she usually chooses earth tones or something thats not too bright, and she doesn't overdo it...mascara and eyeliner, a light colored lip gloss is good, and earth tone eye shadow too.
deep browns and light greens for shadow, blend well with a q-tip

you sound exactly like me! fortunately being a redhead with green eyes means endless possibilities. i use bare minerals every day, and i will not ever go back to normal makeup again. With BM i can use almost any color.... and get away with it. I use to colors most of the time. My main eye shadow is summer. it is a light brown that is really shimmery. the blending color i use for the top part of my eye is sunshine. My eyeliner I alternate between black, dark brown, and purple. Alll of my eye pencils are Mary Kay. my mascara is cover girl. i know that it is kind of expensive but you really cant go wrong with any color in BM. Plus it helps if your mom worked for Estee Lauder for years! My mom knows a bajillion and one makeup tricks. The trick to the eyes is to cover it all the way to the eyebrow and the way to do that is to blend your colors. use something that is a little darker and looks good with your eye on just the lid. then take a lighter shimmer color and start where you left off wth the first color. take that all the way to the end of the eye then keep going above that line and above that line until you have reached the eyebrow. flip your eye brush over and blend over the entire eye with it. it will lighten the lid color as well as blend the two easily. I can pull off an emerald green or a grape or a bright blue with that trick. the eye liner. start on your bottom lid and follow from jsut past your tear duct to the end of the eye. make a little tick mark in the corner of the eye, it will help hide the crows feet a little better as well as make your eye look bigger. then do the same to your top lid. with mascara, an easy way to make your eye lashes look lots bigger is to put on a white primer coat of mascara, then immediately follow with your black or brown mascara. if you use black mascara use brown eye pencil because it makes the black look less harsh. hope this helps

i got the rest of the look down but i need tips! my hair is dk brown, it looks black in some light. it's a bit past my shoulders, and is naturally curly. i straighten it. i use eyeliner, both stick and liquid. i need tips on how to apply liquid. i like MAC, and other cruelty free products, like urban decay. hair dye/extensions are not options. i have ';emo'; glasses i dint usually wear. and help would be lovely! Scene Hair tips? and makeup tips? ?
kay, first off, you're going to want to ask the stylist for ';choppy layers'; and a nice side fringe. [side bangs, side sweep whatever you want to call it..] and give the stylist a few pictures. note that your hair will not look scene or how you want it if you dont style it.
even if you have generally straight hair, you have to straighten it for this style, it just wont work unless its really straight.
when you straigten it, use heat defense spray. when i first got my hair cut i FREAKED. i thought it looked like a mullet or a mushroom cut. but its really not that bad. its all in the styling. and it really doesnt look like a mullet at all, i was just freaking out.
watch this video on how to style it.
you can try styling it like this now even if you dont have layers. but the plus side to layers it is makes it more spikey and awesome at the top..

Drink lots of water (8 glasses a day) and be kind to your body. Don't eat junk food (but do eat!!) And don't smoke, drink, burn your hair everyday with a hot hairdryer and straighteners and stuff.
Be yourself. Find you own style (make-up and clothes). I'm 22 and its only now I've started to naturally develop my own style and make my own clothes and jewellery. But some advise, pick a part of your face you like and work with that. I like my eyes best so I keep my cheeks and lips fairly neutral.
Lastly, have fun and enjoy being 17!! If you skin is pale, go for a deep brown around the eyes, they're really pop. If your skin is dark, go for a champagne or gold.
Keep it simple, though, and not too flashy. Get a pink or red cheek stain, have have fun with your cheeks! That colour around your eyes will REALLY make them pop-- but once again, don't overdo it.

You are lucky to have such a great combination between your eye color, hair color, and skin tone. Let's start with the eyes, instead of the eyeshadow idea I think you would be better off with a color enhancing eyeliner, something like a darker green would be great for you. As for the lips, my recommendation would be something in the light/pale pink category, I think that would compliment your skin tone and look the best. Then moving onto face makeup, my suggestion would be for you to purchase a face makeup that is on the lighter side, meaning not a heavy foundation.
I personally use Lauren Hutton's face makeup personally, because it gives you a nice even, glowing, natural look, which I am a huge fan of natural looking makeup. No one likes tons of makeup on their face, well not me anyway.

Oh, you are a lucky girl! A great colored eyeshadow for you would be almost any color purple. If you blend your eyeshadow with a little lotion or moisturizer, it will make it light and creamy, plus it will last a long time. Use black or dark brown eyeliner (pencil works best) on just the top lash line, and maybe a little on the outer corners of your bottom lash line. Use the same color mascara as you did eyeliner.
I have pale skin as well, I mean very pale. I've experimented a lot with foundations and powders. The best thing I can suggest for you is a tinted moisturizer with sunscreen (SPF...) To find the best color blend a little on your forhead, if the color blends perfectly into your skin, your good to go.

foundation is easy, i can't really recommend a certain brand but stick to mineral foundation because it stays on longer and looks more natural on your skin.

i think light skin, green eyes, and dark hair is suchh a pretty combination. i wouldnt do a lot of make up because that's so pretty! maybe a little bit of brown liner and mascara if youd like but i really wouldnt do much else. you could do some blush to make your cheek bones stand out more too.

then put light purple eyeshadow it brings out green eyes.

Wheater or not you have acne , you should start moisturizing ASAP, ok? Cydafil Moisturizer...you mom will likely pay for personal hygeine, don't worry.
The hair thing? My friend suggests to shower at night with a volumizer shampoo for damaged hair, avoiding 2-in-one Shampoo and conditioner. (I use Garnier Fructise) See if you can get a little trim on your hair to keep it healthy and get them to tell you what shampoo ect. to wear. They're experts. My friend also doesn't brush her hair only combs a bit after showers. Brushes add static, fyi.
Last step is to socialize. Speak to people who sit near you. Who knows their connections??

What you can do is put some conditioner in your hair. Don't wash it out!!! Then get your blow dryer and comb through it as you dry it. It will look really good and it's the cheapest way!!! Also, Always wear lip gloss it make your lips sexy instantly!
definitely try drugstore makeup. colors are great and it's cheap. mess around with it and i guarantee you'll get it. doesn't hurt to pick up a glamour mag for tips, either. i love allure. as for poofy hair, pick up a straightener (slightly more expensive) and when you get your next haircut, ask for a cut that has the middle of your hair (in the back) go toward a point. it helps weight down strands and reduce 'poof'.

Go to wal-mart (or you might already have it) and get....
*Cheep black eyeliner (you can get the kids stuff for like .95 cents.
*Cheep black mascara (brown is pretty also, I think to much black makes me look to dark so I use the brown to lighten my eyes up a bit)
*Eyeshadow (I use Revlon color stay 12 hour eye shadow) It is around $5.00 but it last for 12 hours and its really good. It comes with 4 different colors and on the back on the package it comes in it tells you how to apply the colors. I never really know the right way to apply colors until I started using this. Now I love the look I get with it.
In the morning you should wash your face and put on some moisturizer cream and after it drys use your eye shadow and then apply a thin line of eye liner under you bottom lashes (Make sure you put it under the lashes, in high school I always pulled down the skin under my eye and put the liner above the lash and it just went away after I blinked my eyes a few times. So make sure you put it on your skin under the lashes) Don't use to much you don't want to hide your eyes. Then put one some black (or brown) mascara and you are done. If you want to add some blush you can but unless you are really really pale then I don't see the need. As for your hair...again go to wal-mart and in there hair aisle you can find a one time use packets of ';Aussie 3 minute miracle reconstructor'; get that for like .99 cents and use one once a week or just when you really need it for a night out. Or you can buy the bottle but back when I was broke I use to just get the packets when I really needed to look good. Also they have a cheep brand of hot oil treatments for your hair. Get the one that says straightener. If you really hate your poofy hair and want to save up $20.00 you can get a at home perm kit. Put the stuff in your hair, but instead of using the curlers just keep brushing your hair straight and it will act like a hair straightener. That really helps me. I don't even have to use my hair straightener at times cuz its already straight. Also, you can go to good will or a thrift shop and I'm sure they will have hair straighteners that you can get for really cheep and you can use that as well. As for style, I'm not one on spending big bucks on a name so I just get whats cute. Try not to make yourself look trashy. Sometimes girls (actually a lot of girls but thats a different story) confuse sexy for slu*y. They think if they wear a short shirt and a shirt that shows off there boobs they will look sexy but they actually look slu*y. I always say if you are going to show leg make sure your you cover your chest and if you want to show some cleavage then make sure (its only some) and that you are in a long skirt or pants. I remember one day I got this really cute short skirt and this really cute top that showed of a little (very little) bit of stomach and some cleavage. I was so excited to wear both peaces of clothing that I put them on at the same time. I drove to the post office across town and looked down at myself and was like (OMG what the heck do I have on, my *** is pretty much hanging out and my boobs are as well AND I'm showing my stomach) I felt so trashy that I drove all the way back home and changed into pants and a tank top before I drove all the way back and went inside. Ever since that day I go by my rule of ';if you are gong to show off the top have cover the bottom half, if you are going to show off the bottom half cover the top half';. Its ok as a girl to want to look sexy, but you want guys to see you as pretty not easy. In high school I use to think that short shirts that shows my stomach off was cute, but now that I look back I see how trashy it looked. I still think its ok to show a ';VERY LITTLE'; stomach but only a VERY LITTLE. And if you don't have the PERFICT stomach then don't show off any. I'm not fat but I don't have a six pack so I do not wait any shirts that show it off. Also, don't wear a skirt that is so short that you can't move without worrying about your butt showing. That skirt I talked about earlier was like that and I have NEVER worn it out (except in the car to the post office and back home) as for the shirt, well the same thing, I have yet to wear it since that day. So make sure you feel comfortable. As for style if you think it looks cute then you will feel cute and people will see that and they will also think you are cute. Now I love the look I get with it.
In the morning you should wash your face and put on some moisturizer cream and after it drys use your eye shadow and then apply a thin line of eye liner under you bottom lashes (Make sure you put it under the lashes, in high school I always pulled down the skin under my eye and put the liner above the lash and it just went away after I blinked my eyes a few times. So make sure you put it on your skin under the lashes) Don't use to much you don't want to hide your eyes. Then put one some black (or brown) mascara and you are done. If you want to add some blush you can but unless you are really really pale then I don't see the need. As for your hair...again go to wal-mart and in there hair aisle you can find a one time use packets of ';Aussie 3 minute miracle reconstructor'; get that for like .99 cents and use one once a week or just when you really need it for a night out. Or you can buy the bottle but back when I was broke I use to just get the packets when I really needed to look good. Also they have a cheep brand of hot oil treatments for your hair. Get the one that says straightener. If you really hate your poofy hair and want to save up $20.00 you can get a at home perm kit. Put the stuff in your hair, but instead of using the curlers just keep brushing your hair straight and it will act like a hair straightener. That really helps me. I don't even have to use my hair straightener at times cuz its already straight. Also, you can go to good will or a thrift shop and I'm sure they will have hair straighteners that you can get for really cheep and you can use that as well. As for style, I'm not one on spending big bucks on a name so I just get whats cute. Try not to make yourself look trashy. Sometimes girls (actually a lot of girls but thats a different story) confuse sexy for slu*y. They think if they wear a short shirt and a shirt that shows off there boobs they will look sexy but they actually look slu*y. I always say if you are going to show leg make sure your you cover your chest and if you want to show some cleavage then make sure (its only some) and that you are in a long skirt or pants. I remember one day I got this really cute short skirt and this really cute top that showed of a little (very little) bit of stomach and some cleavage. I was so excited to wear both peaces of clothing that I put them on at the same time. I drove to the post office across town and looked down at myself and was like (OMG what the heck do I have on, my *** is pretty much hanging out and my boobs are as well AND I'm showing my stomach) I felt so trashy that I drove all the way back home and changed into pants and a tank top before I drove all the way back and went inside. Ever since that day I go by my rule of ';if you are gong to show off the top have cover the bottom half, if you are going to show off the bottom half cover the top half';. Its ok as a girl to want to look sexy, but you want guys to see you as pretty not easy. In high school I use to think that short shirts that shows my stomach off was cute, but now that I look back I see how trashy it looked. I still think its ok to show a ';VERY LITTLE'; stomach but only a VERY LITTLE. And if you don't have the PERFICT stomach then don't show off any. I'm not fat but I don't have a six pack so I do not wait any shirts that show it off. Also, don't wear a skirt that is so short that you can't move without worrying about your butt showing. That skirt I talked about earlier was like that and I have NEVER worn it out (except in the car to the post office and back home) as for the shirt, well the same thing, I have yet to wear it since that day. So make sure you feel comfortable. As for style if you think it looks cute then you will feel cute and people will see that and they will also think you are cute. u could straighten your hair.. my sister does it but at great personal pain! u can burn ur fingertips and your neck.. my sister did and she got a big ol burn on her neck everyone thought was a hickey! lol!!
such as makeup i think u should go subtle, some cheap blush, eyeliner. that is all to make look fab! u should wear light colors, and some contrasting stuffs to make u stand out. but look fab and be glad!! enjoy ur days being young, they don't last...

or go to a hairstylist and ask how you can get ride of it and get your haircut.

if you want your skin to glow and even-toned, try sleeping with a window opened. (if it's safe).
straighten your hair. use conditioner. clean hair would move together and would shine, so invest on a cheap, safe and inexpensive shampoo.
it's important for other people to see your face. so try putting your hair up in a bun. be sure that it will look neat.
if you need to tweez those brows, then you really have to. consult a pro with the tweezers.
use mascara, if you've got one. it will open your eyes.
put on some lip color. a gloss or a shiner.
don't take the spotlight away from your eyes. so the lip color should be close to your skin tone.
it's important that you look natural. otherwise, too much makeup woul make you look like a drag queen. subtle makeup is in these days.
use an eyeliner to define those eyes.
but be sure that at the end of the day, you have time to exfoliate. remove the traces of makeup on your face to keep you looking fresh the next day.

You can make a sophisticated ponytail by wearing it low, wrapping a section of your hair around the elastic and securing it with a pin. You can also use a ribbon for a touch of whimsy.
Hair bands are in this season. Plain thin ones are very classic. Or you can use a scarf for a retro '60s look. You can embellish plain ones with hot glue and buttons or beads for a casual or evening look.
You can make your hair into a neat bun. For a plain but finished look, pin down strays w/ hair pins that have tortoise shell on one side. (Goody makes them.) For a dressier effect use hair pins w/ pearls or rhinestones.
For a casual look, make a messy bun or chignon.

Try not to get your eyes use to eyeliner because that will kill your eyes in a few years or face concealer that kills your natural look then you look pale with out it, the natural look is the best way to go .

I'm 15 my family has a salon so i know curly is best met wit bobby pens, pull the hair and pin to the back wit 2 ta 4 strands loose in the front %26amp; 2 in the back. straight can go the same way and their all purpose hair stlyes. wear your hair straight down it best to bump the end under
1/2 up secured with a clip and some lose bangs in front like one or 2 wavy curls
you can french braid it if you have the time.
clip either side of your bangs up and just leave the rest down
for make up it really depends on your skin and eye colour but if you're wearing say black and white, go natural with maybe a bit of eyeliner and silver shadow. optional gloss
most light colours then plump up your lips with a hint of colour or just gloss and darker eyes (but if its a more tranquil feel to that you're wearing then just line a bit to widen your eyes) and light coloured shadow of the colour you're wearing.

As you can see by my photo, you are describing me!! I absolutely love HeavenlyBoutiqueLtd's gold mine shadow--it REALLY makes the blue eyes BLUE!! Also, the shimmer powders really add a beautiful glow to the mineral foundations, which are 100% mineral--no fillers, not mineral based, but 100% minerals!! I tend to wear the warm or neutral tones, so golds, browns, taupes, even pinks are nice sometimes, but they have to have the blue undertones to go well with the blonde hair and blue eyes. i would definitely recommend for your eyes eyeliner for the bottom of your eye , mascara to uplift the eyelashes so it shows the colour of your eyes more, i wouldn't recommend a liquid eyeliner for your upper part of your eye as i don't want the mascara to be covered and it will also make your eye look much smaller.. a light blue eye shadow would look nice in metallic. your hair would look nice as straightened and then slightly curled at the bottom but not too much as it doesn't look that nice and a light streaks look awesome of any colour. Lip liner looks gorgeous with a pink shaded lip-gloss not lipstick so it gives a more glossy look but has to be thick rather watery as it then doesn't look as charming...

Apply mousse that enhances curls. Then use a hair curler that is 350degrees (F) or hotter, and spray on hairspray. Also don;t touch your hair when you release it from the curling iron, let it cool down. After spraying your hair with hairspray, let the hairspray dry before you touch it.

Hello Miss Ellie, I'm a stylist! To give your hair some dimension you can get highlights. They don't have to be blond, they can just be a lighter color brown. If you want to go darker, get lowlights- a darker color brown. With daytime make-up you don't have to use eyeliner. Don't use blue eye shadow because it will give your face a flat appearance. You can use some bronzer in the cheek area instead of using the classic pink blush. You can blow dry hair using a round brush up or down for a quick and easy style. my style in kind of around sometimes preppy sometimes girly sometimes avril lavigne(new girly avril) i wear shorts with high tops and graphic tees and lately ive resorted to jeans and layering tanks with babydoll tops that have little hoods and neon green converse X Hi's. i know weird but whatever. i dont really like skirts and ive never been the legging type they feel weird lol. but lately ive been wanting to have like this cool put together funky look. like jeans with maybe a cute knitted beret like rihanna(you know the ones that kind of hang off the top of your head and you pull your bangs out in the front) and layering and a cute bang and belts. i plan to go on a full out shoping spree after christmas because im asking everyone to give me money to put together with my money from my job. which will be like a lot and i want to get almost a whole new wardrobe. so like stuff from wet seal, forever 21, NO HOLLISTER OR ABERCROMBIE OR AMERICAN EAGLE OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT please lol. anything will do. just give me a list with some outfits and maybe pics of the outfits if you can that would be nice and easy. and along with stores i could find them at and price ranges. please nothing too preppy try to find some stuff with a little punk pop flair. im comming at the age where im beginning to wear makeup. i know the secret to wearing makeup is to make it look like ur not wearing any at all. iv trie mascara but i have to idea to put it on my bottom lashes like other ppl could i always smear it and whenever i put it on my top lashes in sticks together. iv tried eye shadow and eiher it gets too light or too dark. iv done lip gloss and sometimes it looks ok. i am ready for makeup i just need to know how to apply it right especially the mascara. i never overload makeup. i have permed hair and i always juts wear it down with a part in the middle i need cute hair tips on what to do with permed hair its not very long its above my shoulders. pelase help i need advice.Makeup and hair tips help?
Try separating your eyelashes with a needle or safety pin after you use mascara. My friend taught me that, and it takes a couple minutes (plus, it's kinda scary to have a needle so close to your eye. lol), but it fixes the problem.
I'd recommend getting beauty tips from a pro somewhere, where they can show you what kind of makeup looks good with your skin, how to apply it, etc.

For your mascara, you shouldn`t be wearing it on your bottom lashes. Only the top. You may want to considder buying no clump mascara. But you should put the brush towards your roots, then just pull it up through your lashes. Don`t do it too many times. 2 or 3 times is plenty. For eye shadow, you need to match it with your eye color or it will look horrible. Here is a simple guide but you should look into it more:
Blue eyes: wear browns and shimmery neutrals
Green eyes: purples and browns. Maybe even some greens
Brown eyes: try a brown that is the opposite of your brown eyes. sometimes pink
You need to know your eye color to use eyeshadow no matter what. There are a lot of colors for each eye color that look really good, but also really bad. Thats why you need to know.

Eyeshadow: Using a brush when applying your eyeshadow can cause some problems when you are just a beginner, use the tips of you fingers to blend it evenly across the lid of your eye, and then practice with your brush, just so you don't make your eyes look too over the top.
Lips: A long lasting lip gloss is better than a lipstick and keep it natural with your lips using a clear gloss. It's pretty straight forward putting lip gloss on all you need to do is watch you don't put too much on.
Hair: With permed hair, you can simply put a hair band in and just leave it down, i personally just like straight hair its easier to manage and you curl it any time you wish

Lips: A long lasting lip gloss is better than a lipstick and keep it natural with your lips using a clear gloss. It's pretty straight forward putting lip gloss on all you need to do is watch you don't put too much on.
Hair: With permed hair, you can simply put a hair band in and just leave it down, i personally just like straight hair its easier to manage and you curl it any time you wish

3-use a pink, a light brown, a gold, a purple, take the lightest color spread it through out the eye from the roots of the eyelashes to the eyebrow, then use the darker color and line it through the crease, and then use a lighter color then the crease and spread it from the crease and the roots of the roots of the eyelash and then blend it a bit.
4- use a black, or hotpink, brown, light color eyeliner you could ( outline the whole eye OR all the way across the top, and half way across the bottom )
5- then use a black mascara. not alot t make it chunk together.
6- you can use a eyebrow pencil, and make sure you pluck.

Wheater or not you have acne , you should start moisturizing ASAP, ok? Cydafil Moisturizer...you mom will likely pay for personal hygeine, don't worry.
The hair thing? My friend suggests to shower at night with a volumizer shampoo for damaged hair, avoiding 2-in-one Shampoo and conditioner. (I use Garnier Fructise) See if you can get a little trim on your hair to keep it healthy and get them to tell you what shampoo ect. to wear. They're experts. My friend also doesn't brush her hair only combs a bit after showers. Brushes add static, fyi.
Last step is to socialize. Speak to people who sit near you. Who knows their connections??

What you can do is put some conditioner in your hair. Don't wash it out!!! Then get your blow dryer and comb through it as you dry it. It will look really good and it's the cheapest way!!! Also, Always wear lip gloss it make your lips sexy instantly!
definitely try drugstore makeup. colors are great and it's cheap. mess around with it and i guarantee you'll get it. doesn't hurt to pick up a glamour mag for tips, either. i love allure. as for poofy hair, pick up a straightener (slightly more expensive) and when you get your next haircut, ask for a cut that has the middle of your hair (in the back) go toward a point. it helps weight down strands and reduce 'poof'.

It comes with 4 different colors and on the back on the package it comes in it tells you how to apply the colors. I never really know the right way to apply colors until I started using this. Now I love the look I get with it.
In the morning you should wash your face and put on some moisturizer cream and after it drys use your eye shadow and then apply a thin line of eye liner under you bottom lashes (Make sure you put it under the lashes, in high school I always pulled down the skin under my eye and put the liner above the lash and it just went away after I blinked my eyes a few times. So make sure you put it on your skin under the lashes) Don't use to much you don't want to hide your eyes. Then put one some black (or brown) mascara and you are done. If you want to add some blush you can but unless you are really really pale then I don't see the need. As for your hair...again go to wal-mart and in there hair aisle you can find a one time use packets of ';Aussie 3 minute miracle reconstructor'; get that for like .99 cents and use one once a week or just when you really need it for a night out. Or you can buy the bottle but back when I was broke I use to just get the packets when I really needed to look good. Also they have a cheep brand of hot oil treatments for your hair. Get the one that says straightener. If you really hate your poofy hair and want to save up $20.00 you can get a at home perm kit. Put the stuff in your hair, but instead of using the curlers just keep brushing your hair straight and it will act like a hair straightener. That really helps me. I don't even have to use my hair straightener at times cuz its already straight. Also, you can go to good will or a thrift shop and I'm sure they will have hair straighteners that you can get for really cheep and you can use that as well. As for style, I'm not one on spending big bucks on a name so I just get whats cute. Try not to make yourself look trashy. Sometimes girls (actually a lot of girls but thats a different story) confuse sexy for slu*y. They think if they wear a short shirt and a shirt that shows off there boobs they will look sexy but they actually look slu*y. I always say if you are going to show leg make sure your you cover your chest and if you want to show some cleavage then make sure (its only some) and that you are in a long skirt or pants. I remember one day I got this really cute short skirt and this really cute top that showed of a little (very little) bit of stomach and some cleavage. I was so excited to wear both peaces of clothing that I put them on at the same time. I drove to the post office across town and looked down at myself and was like (OMG what the heck do I have on, my *** is pretty much hanging out and my boobs are as well AND I'm showing my stomach) I felt so trashy that I drove all the way back home and changed into pants and a tank top before I drove all the way back and went inside. Ever since that day I go by my rule of ';if you are gong to show off the top have cover the bottom half, if you are going to show off the bottom half cover the top half';. Its ok as a girl to want to look sexy, but you want guys to see you as pretty not easy. In high school I use to think that short shirts that shows my stomach off was cute, but now that I look back I see how trashy it looked. I still think its ok to show a ';VERY LITTLE'; stomach but only a VERY LITTLE. And if you don't have the PERFICT stomach then don't show off any. I'm not fat but I don't have a six pack so I do not wait any shirts that show it off. Also, don't wear a skirt that is so short that you can't move without worrying about your butt showing. That skirt I talked about earlier was like that and I have NEVER worn it out (except in the car to the post office and back home) as for the shirt, well the same thing, I have yet to wear it since that day. So make sure you feel comfortable. As for style if you think it looks cute then you will feel cute and people will see that and they will also think you are cute. Ever since that day I go by my rule of ';if you are gong to show off the top have cover the bottom half, if you are going to show off the bottom half cover the top half';. Its ok as a girl to want to look sexy, but you want guys to see you as pretty not easy. In high school I use to think that short shirts that shows my stomach off was cute, but now that I look back I see how trashy it looked. I still think its ok to show a ';VERY LITTLE'; stomach but only a VERY LITTLE. And if you don't have the PERFICT stomach then don't show off any. I'm not fat but I don't have a six pack so I do not wait any shirts that show it off. Also, don't wear a skirt that is so short that you can't move without worrying about your butt showing. That skirt I talked about earlier was like that and I have NEVER worn it out (except in the car to the post office and back home) as for the shirt, well the same thing, I have yet to wear it since that day. So make sure you feel comfortable. As for style if you think it looks cute then you will feel cute and people will see that and they will also think you are cute. u could straighten your hair.. my sister does it but at great personal pain! u can burn ur fingertips and your neck.. my sister did and she got a big ol burn on her neck everyone thought was a hickey! lol!!
such as makeup i think u should go subtle, some cheap blush, eyeliner. that is all to make look fab! u should wear light colors, and some contrasting stuffs to make u stand out. but look fab and be glad!! enjoy ur days being young, they don't last...
straighten hair and add gariner frustuis smoothing milk and hairspray after.
or go to a hairstylist and ask how you can get ride of it and get your haircut.
use revlon fabulash mascara and put a coat of that one after curling.
use a little bronzer on nose,forehead and cheeks.
use some whiet eyeshadow and black eyeliner.
and dab on a little lipgloass and then vaseline only in the middle of the bottom lip to make them fuller.

if you want your skin to glow and even-toned, try sleeping with a window opened. (if it's safe).
straighten your hair. use conditioner. clean hair would move together and would shine, so invest on a cheap, safe and inexpensive shampoo.
it's important for other people to see your face. so try putting your hair up in a bun. be sure that it will look neat.
if you need to tweez those brows, then you really have to. consult a pro with the tweezers.
use mascara, if you've got one. it will open your eyes.
put on some lip color. a gloss or a shiner.
don't take the spotlight away from your eyes. so the lip color should be close to your skin tone.
it's important that you look natural. otherwise, too much makeup woul make you look like a drag queen. subtle makeup is in these days.
use an eyeliner to define those eyes.
but be sure that at the end of the day, you have time to exfoliate. remove the traces of makeup on your face to keep you looking fresh the next day.
