Ok, well, I am going to a pretty speacil event and I want to look really good for this event. I am 13 1/2, [[14 in a few weeks]] and have no idea what kind of outfit/makeup/hair I should do for this event. [[Party]] {not mine}





I am tall [[5'4]] for my age, pretty slender but not anerexic. I am slighlty tanned, and have an oval shaped face. My hair is short [[but in different links]] kind of like a cute shag style and light brown. I have side bangs. My eyes are hazel, but they change blue-green-brown depending on what I wear. Green stands out the most though.

And for your hair - oh, you are sooo lucky that you have an oval face. EVERY hairstyle will look good on you, so no matter what you do with your hair, I am absolutely sure it will look great. Maybe you can do a more beachy look with a little foam, and a little braid on the side. shiny white and green eye shadow around your eyes :)

What kind of party is it? Well, you can never really go wrong with a simple sundress. Wear a green one with some cute dressy shoes--maybe sandals. Have a few accessories, maybe in an opposite color like orange. Wear your hair down and wear a little bit of make up--nothing too drastic. Being so young, you really don't want to go overboard with your make up. (Less is more!) Just wear the basics--foundation, mascara, lip gloss, and eyeshadow. And I'd stick with either matte, neutral colors (browns) or something suttle and shimmery (gold or silver). Just have 2 colors of eyeshadow--a light, highlighting color, and a darker color for the crease. Sweep some of the lighter color across your lid, being sure to get the corners of your lids. Then, using either a good brush or a Q-tip, apply the darker color in the crease. Put on some mascara and there you go!!! It's dramatic and flattering without being too much.
