For eyes:


use black eyeliner (smart liner or maybeline) on the bottom eyelid only


use black mascara (last blast) heavy on the top lashes and lightly on the lower lashes


use black eyeshadow (clinque) heavy on your top eyelid





For hair:


tease it


spray it with hairspray (Rave)


then make the top layer look shiny and smooth so it doesnt look like a rats nest
