i agree with curly hair, ringlets look angelic. if your dress is white or silver, you could apply pink lipstick and pink eye shadow, and apply some glitter on the eyelids too. dont overdo the glitter you only need a little bit.I'm being an angel for Halloween, any hair or makeup tips or how-to's.
