Yes, you could pull of emo:), but most people can. It's pretty easy. You would look cute with your hair layered and fluffed up on the top with some black and pink or neon colors. Then with some ultra cute eyeliner and eyeshadow. Some skinnies helps with a lot of converse or high tops. :) It's not too hard to figure out, just go with the flow.
NO. u would look horrible. Havnt you ever heard: Never Change. Dont Change. Well, DONT. I know not all emo's cut and do **** like that, but still. Be who you are, not someone else. Dont let anyone tell you what to look like or be.
