Some makeup and hair tips to go with my ';new'; hair?

alright, so, i let my cousin cut my hair, and she kinda butchered my bangs. They're slowly growing, but i think i kinda now have a more masculine appearance. (i kinda look like oliver sykes a bit :/ )


Anyways. I'd like to know some makeup tips or some hair tips to help me achieve a more feminine look, but still keeping it to that ';glam/rocker/scene(?)'; look that i'm trying for/use to have(?)

I agree, its more manly. I would use lots of heavy black eyeliner %26amp; bright neon eyeshadow %26amp; mascara. For lips, either do a bright seductive red, a deep crimson hue, or light pink/nude lips with gloss.Some makeup and hair tips to go with my ';new'; hair?
