well with your hair i would get Straight across bangs and maybe so heavy layers and with you makeup you could always cause you are blond go with a green or pink eyeliner and just were that. that would look supper cute :) well hope i was of some help.
with makeup i think darker eyeliner and lip gloss. with hair i like your hair the way it is. but maybe pin your bangs back or something. hope i could help.
Darker eyeliner and mascara. Pull you hair in a pony tail every now and then. some lip gloss too. Your pretty though!
I think you could wear a bit more makeup but not too much, just a natural look like this
