What are some great tips for makeup, hair and anything to do with skin or bodywise?

jus lookin for some lil things to keep me busy and to get me redy for the start of school.

p.s im 14 late septemberWhat are some great tips for makeup, hair and anything to do with skin or bodywise?
Makeup:

~ Go for a very natural make-up look - NOBODY looks good with a thick line of eyeliner circling their entire eye and bright, hot pink lips.

~ Experiment with make-up; focus on different features. Like, for example, try the smoky eye look with nude lipstick or a bright lip color with only a little bit of mascara on the eyes.

~ Wear a pretty pink/peach blush - it's very of-the-moment and makes you look like you got a pretty, sunkissed summer glow.

~ Get new make-up - you're supposed to replace it every 3 months; use this excuse to trash everything from the beginning of the summer and get new make-up and make-up supplies. Changing up what kind of make-up you use can really change your overall look.

Hair

~ When was the last time you got a haircut? Get your hair cut and styled differently if you haven't already changed your hairstyle over the summer. It is recommended that you get your hair cut/trimmed 2 weeks before school starts, so now is the perfect time for you!

~ If you have fine, flat hair, sleep with your hair in a ponytail on top of your head. You'll wake up with tons of body in your hair.

~ Use dandruff shampoo %26amp; conditioner - it sounds strange, but it'll make your hair shinier and it'll make it grow faster because it nourishes your scalp.

~ If you want to bring out summer highlights in your hair, mix 1 cup of water with 1/4 tablespoon of lemon juice (use apple cider vinegar instead of lemon juice if you have dark hair). Spray this mixture on your hair and sit out in the sun for 30 minutes. This will brighten your hair.

~ Is your hair all frizzed up from the summer heat, chlorine, and other factors? Use shampoo every other day and condition every day unless you have really oily hair. If you have oily hair, condition every other day and shampoo every day.

~ Try a summery look for your hair; when you take a shower, condition your hair first and then shampoo. Scrunch your hair a bit when you get out of the shower and you should have pretty beach waves. Shampoo brings out texture in your hair that conditioner tames. If you have dry hair, shampoo %26amp; condition as always and use a mixture of 1 cup water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Spray it generously on your hair and scrunch for beach waves.

Skin

~ Use a facial once or twice a week; not only are they good for your skin, but they're FUN!

~ You probably don't want to experiment a lot with your skincare routine right now if it is working for you, because you want to go back to school with clear skin.

~ Drink plenty of water to hydrate your skin.

~ Wanna know the secret to clear skin? Your skin repairs itself at 10:00 PM, so wash your face around 9:00 and moisturize with an oil-free moisturizer. Also, start eating fruits, vegetables, and foods that are good for your skin at 8:00. Truth be told, not a lot of the stuff you scarf down earlier on in the day affects your skin. Just don't eat any junk food past 8:00 and drink only water after 7:00, and clear skin is as good as yours!

Body

~ Work out 3-4 times a week for 20 minutes - you'll tone up your muscles for school, help cut down on stress, and you'll have fun! Just walk, ride your bike, swim...mix it up every day to keep you motivated.

~ Drink lots of water - that's reeeaaalllly important.

~ Start replacing some of your junkier snacks with fruit and vegetables - find ones you like and eat them in between meals for a healthy body. This is also good for your skin; food like blueberries and watermelon are really good for your skin and your body.

Other

~ Get a pedicure/manicure! Nothing is more relaxing. Just fill up a small tub with warm water (and some epsom salt if you have it). Soak your feet, slough off dead skin cells with a scrub, and moisturize them. After your feet are feeling great, paint them a fun, bright summer color! Just don't forget to cut and file first. And same goes for your fingernails - soak, moisturize (skip exfoliation for hands - it'll make them dry), and paint!

~Have a spa day once a week, where for one hour (or more!) you pamper yourself. Take a hot bath, paint your nails, and wear your robe around the house all day - it's fun and it'll help you beat back-to-school stress.

~ There are lots of facial masks, scrubs, and rinses you can experiment. Here's a great website with lots of ideas:

They even have hair masks you can try! I swear by this website - it's fantastic!

Enjoy the rest of your summer %26amp; good luck!!!What are some great tips for makeup, hair and anything to do with skin or bodywise?
Please show as much skin as possible. So many young girls are not following this very basic advice.
Exfoliate your skin, use face and hair mask once a week to keep both in tip-top condition, fake tan is almost always a good move, use the moisturising lotion with a little false tan in it to keep yourself glowing.

A little lip gloss and mascara shoulkd keep ur face looking fresh. Eat loadsa fruit, drink loadsa water.

Good luck in school!!
