I want to look great for the first day of school. Does anyone have any hair and makeup tips?

I have long blonde layered hair and blue eyes. I have pale skin and freckles. My face sometimes looks very red and i dont know what to do about that. And i have mild acne. Can anyone help? Thanks so much.I want to look great for the first day of school. Does anyone have any hair and makeup tips?
I would wear your hair down, poss with a slight wave to it. Well, I am fair skinned and blue eyed as well and I always wear foundation and powder for a start. For your eyes, I either wear a shimmery pink shadow or a shimmery nude/light brown color on my lids. I then put on dark brown eyeliner (just on the upper outer lash line) and then some mascara. I wouldn't wear blush because it sounds like you have a natural rosy tone to your cheeks. I hope that helps!I want to look great for the first day of school. Either straighten your hair, or use volume serums to add body to your layered hair. If you're looking for makeup tips, a smokey brown eyeliner and shear cream eyeshadow will look natural and pretty. Use a light powder that matches your skin tone to cover the redness. Don't go for heavy foundation.
