Good Makeup / Hair tips for Straight Bangs & Bleach Blonde hair?

I have really light (almost bleach) blonde hair and I used to have side swept bangs, but I just cut them into the bold type straight bangs across my forehead to about my eyebrow line.





I usually where my makeup pretty natural, I usually wear black liquid liner the top lids of my eyes in kind of a modern take on a classic cat eye.





I'm wondering what I should do for eye makeup because I think that smoky eyes might look good, idk.





More importantly I am wondering what to actually do with my new hair! (It's just below my shoulders.) I just cut it so I'm not sure if I like it or not. I don't like to use alot of hair accessories, usually one or two at a time (like a headband or a braid, clip, etc.).





I really love the hippie, grungie, braid type looks.

It sounds scene. I'd say a cute silver, but stick with your eyeliner no matter what. Foronly $3 at Hot topic, there is a super cute duo shadow cup it has black in it to, but I have it and the silver is awesome. :D Otherwise, there is a trio of pink green and white from covergirl in pastels, not bright. It's really cute and I think pink on the top lid and white or green on the bottom to hold the eyeliner ( I do that so it doesn't smudge) It's only $5 for the covergirl. Smokey eyed would look beautiful too! But unless you're talented and know how to do it well, it make just look smudged and dirty. You're hair sounds great! Is it thin??? If so, they have cute neon bobby pins at hot topic for $5 and those would totally look cute in your hair or they have bows (barrets) and they would probably look really cute in your hair. you should have posted a picture of your hair :) Hot topic is your best bet for hair and makeup other like I mentioned, covergirl.
