Try this:


Apply a base first


Use a primer or eye shadow base over your lids and wait 3-5 minutes for it to set. You can also add a dusting of translucent loose powder.


Choose your eye shadow colors.


For a flirty, sexy look, select eye shadow colors such a pinks, plums or greens. Apply a light color over the entire lid from lash line to crease. Add a dark color of the same hue into the crease. Finish by blending a medium shade from the crease to the brow bone.


Line your top lashes.


Line your lashes with a black ink or liquid liner. The line can be thick as you like but it should extend past the outer corner of your eyes by 1/4 inch or so. Flare the liner up and out as it extends.


Set your eye makeup.


Add a dusting of translucent powder over your eye makeup to help it set and prevent creasing.


Curl your lashes.


Using an eyelash curler, curl lashes and then apply two coats of black mascara. Use a cotton swab dipped in eye makeup remover to clean up any mistakes.

ur pretty but you look young and with all the eye make up it just makes u look like a kid playing in her moms make up trying to look older..i dont think u should have blond in ur hair ur complexion is wrong for that i think u should get sum soft layers ... chocolate and caramel highlights around ur face to bring out ur eyes try using a golden bronzer lightly on ur skin 2 add shimmer.. stick to soft colored eyeshadows browns golds peaches pinks (you can still smoke out ur eyes with these colors but u'll look more inviting) THE BLACK EYELINER throw it out use a dark brown or grey to line ur eyes then use black mascara it'll give ur eyes the same pop with out making u look harsh ur lips a sheer shimmer pink or clear would be perfect

um u are to heavy on the eye liner and mascara.. but everything is okay.. maybe you should throw some highlights and/or low lights n your hair.. and use some fun colors for eyes instead of the darker colors.. like pink or green for eye shadow... but u are a very pretty young lady.. u really dont need to do much to show your beauty.. good luck sweet heart.

Hair; Try a little bit lighter brown with highlights. Cut it to your shoulders in layers





Makeup; Try using a golden eye shadow, go very thin on the eyeliner and use a volumizing mascara. A light pink blush is perfect too!
If you want a change, get bangs! It's cheap, easy, and easy to change/hide if you decide you don't like it later.





Try some new colors for your face. It appears to be all the same in those pictures.
Hun your beautiful, try changing your eye makeup colours to some thing like azure blue eyeliner from rimmel its really pretty and makes a nice change from black for everyday and party wear

oh u should cut it like shoulder length and get peek a boo highlights. (GOOGLE IT) then stop using so much black eyeliner on lower waterline in ur eye. maybe use it half way so ur eyes can open up.
