Anybody have makeup and hair tips that are bit more outgoing?

i usually wear just foundation,mascara and little eye shadow but this year i want to look and act a little more outgoing. Got any good makeup and hair tipsAnybody have makeup and hair tips that are bit more outgoing?

i think its very important that you feel confident with the way you look so other people you telling you how to look probably wont help too much. Just take inspiration from everywhere and people you think look good. Try and express parts of yourself and just have fun with it. :)
try wearing bold, bright eyeliner in a color such as purple or aqua blue. Then use black mascara. Also to mix your hair up try getting highlights.
